ArtRehome was launched in February 2015 with a full-page article in the Telegraph. Finding no dedicated, free-to-list platform for rehoming artwork, Harbour Gallery owner, Mark David Hatwood FRSA, created one.
Either a dealer, artist or member of the public can now list their artwork free of charge on ArtRehome. What’s more, you only pay as little as 7.5% commission on sales, so you can sign up and list right away at absolutely no cost until you sell!
What’s more, we have a great tool – the PRS (Provenance Rating System) which will allow you to get provenance for your artwork if you don’t have it or feel you’d need it… direct from the artist themselves (if registered with us) or from a gallery or dealer that knows an artist’s work.
So why not pop in toArtRehome now and sign up? You can explore the database for exciting new pieces added daily, and post something that’s been in your attic or artist studio for a while, or that you’ve fallen out of love with.
Freeing up wall space in this way can help others find something they’d cherish whilst giving you the room and money to buy something new you’ll cherish! A win|Win situation for everyone!
YOU set the asking price, which, unlike auctions, protects the price of all art. What’s more, if you’re open to an offer, you can add a ‘Make me an offer’ button when listing, allowing someone to suggest another price which only you’ll know about and can easily just accept or reject.
We look forward to seeing you add your name to the hundreds already signed up and who’ve listed works from £95 to £10,000.
And if you’re an artist, there’s even a way for you to list for free, paying no ArtRehome commission. Just click here to find out how. We can’t say fairer than that!
