Having been offered an unconditional fellowship of the RSA for his work as an environmental social entrepreneur, it was important to Mark to make sure The Harbour Gallery was environmental sound as possible.
As well as having LED lighting throughout, we source all our electricity from 100% renewable sources. Mark also drives an electric car, again, powered by 100% renewables.
All of The Harbour Gallery‘s packaging is either recycled or reused (we have a partnership with another company who would throw out the bubblewrap and card their products come in, so we retrieve that to ensure our packing has at least one more use before landfill).
So, from our cleaning products, to our organic coffee, we always try to make sure the gallery’s footprint is as small as possible and are always looking for ways to reach further.
