Tanya Avchinnikova is an Award winning soft pastel artist who graduated from the Belorussian State Academy of Music.
With an inner craving for art and her dreams of being nearer the sea, where she could be dissolve herself in its freshness and be able to observe a miraculous translucency of water, she moved to the UK.
Tanya now specialises in seascapes where she feels a deep unity with nature, capturing the illusion of its presence.
Last year she received Unison Colour Young Artist Award at the Pastel Society Annual Exhibition in London and has undertaken exhibitions at Royal Society of Marine Artists in 2021. The Unison Young Artist Award at the Pastel Society Annual Exhibition in 2022 was amongst many others.
